Refund Policy

At Divine Soul Realign, we are committed to providing a transformative coaching experience. Please read our refund policy carefully:

1. No Refunds After Session Completion

Once a coaching session has been conducted, we do not offer refunds. We encourage you to fully engage in the session to ensure you receive the maximum benefit.

2. Rescheduling Due to Coach Illness

In the event that I am unable to attend a scheduled session due to illness, I will notify you as soon as possible and offer to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

3. Customer Rescheduling Rights

You have the right to change your scheduled session up to 48 hours before the original appointment. Any changes made within this timeframe will be accommodated as best as possible, but we cannot guarantee availability.
